Job Overview

The job holder will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing various events, ensuring they align with our company’s objectives and brand image.

Responsibilities

Lead the Event Team from conception to completion, including corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify event objectives and requirements, offering professional and practical recommendations to optimise outcomes.
Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and closely monitor the process.
Supervise on-site event management and ensure all aspects run smoothly.
Evaluate event success and provide post-event analysis and feedback.
Handle crisis management effectively and adhere to the Group’s protocols.
Working on holidays or overtime may occasionally be required.

Requirements

University degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or relevant qualification
10 years’ solid experience in corporate communications, marketing, event agency or other relevant disciplines
Solid experience in event management and stakeholder engagement
Excellent in both English and Chinese
Good interpersonal skills
Proactive, creative and independent, good team player and able to multitask and work under tight timeline
