Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Brand Associate to own our digital presence and support brand growth as we scale across Maryland. This is a part-time role with real ownership and direct visibility with company leadership. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the company expands.

Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram and Facebook
Design graphics, flyers, and promotional materials using Canva
Manage and maintain our Google Business profile
Assist with email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print platforms
Research local marketing opportunities, community events, and partnership possibilities
Track and report weekly social media metrics and campaign performance to leadership
Support the development of marketing materials for new service launches and regional expansion

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field (or equivalent education)
Proficiency in Canva (required)
Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Experience with Mailchimp is a plus
Experience in a service-based or small business environment is a plus
